What began as a stage show became a legitimate treatment for many problems
Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. Through a series of techniques used to induce hypnosis, we get in touch with your inner (subconscious) mind and have the opportunity to discover what is concerning you and create powerful opportunities for understanding and healing.
Many people in today’s world are struggling with a general sense of unhappiness or lack of fulfillment. Because hypnosis goes to the source of these issues through the subconscious mind the results are faster than traditional talk therapy.
Hypnotherapy can be used to achieve powerful and positive changes in your life.

A client’s experience
Debbie truly helped me on a level I had never experienced before. I was going through major heartbreak, transition and complete uncertainty in my life. I lost touch with my identity, confidence and felt broken and lost. One session with her turned things around for me. Her incredible intuition and compassion made me feel safe and completely at ease. My hypnosis experience was incredibly impactful. I immediately felt more aligned with my strength and made significant life choices shortly after that has set me on my path with an inner sense of peace that all the ‘talking it out’ in the world can’t match. I can honestly say, just one session with her has changed my life and me for the better and in a lasting way. I have revisited my recorded session and each time I feel a sense of lightness, strength, trust and ease that has shifted every aspect of my decision making and allowed me to be more confident and present in my life.
