What happens in an individual hypnotherapy session?

  • We begin by getting acquainted and talking confidentially about your reasons for seeking hypnotherapy. We explore your options and, together, focus on issues that are of highest priority.
  • You’ll learn powerful techniques that you can use once you are at home to enhance the benefits that are achieved in your session.
  • We then proceed by your achieving deep relaxation (hypnosis) where we get in touch with your inner (subconscious) mind and have the opportunity to discover what is concerning you and create powerful opportunities for understanding and healing.

About Hypnotherapy
Sessions

  • How long is a hypnosis session?

    Hypnotherapy sessions generally run 60 minutes. The initial session includes an assessment of your concerns and most often runs 90 minutes.

  • Do sessions have to be in person?

    Most sessions work best in person. However, for some treatments, hypnotherapy via Skype is available. Please ask!

  • What does it cost?

    Individual sessions run $100 per hour. Discounts are available for multiple advanced-pay sessions.
